According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the defendant, identified as Semeon Tesfamariam, 51, was arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon and had his bail request denied. In her video, Glass reminds her audience to “Guys, just be safe out there.” “I wasn’t prepared for that, and there are a lot of people who are currently suffering from mental illness on these streets,” she said.
